1. Raffle overview

The raffle is conducted by The Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia under Raffle Licence RAF1546240. A maximum of 2,500 tickets are available at $10 CAD each. The scheduled draw is November 18, 2026 at 7:00 PM ET.

2. Eligibility

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older and meet all eligibility requirements applicable to the licensed raffle. Tickets may not be purchased in the name of another person without their authorization. Employees, officers or other persons directly involved in conducting the draw may be ineligible where required by the licence conditions.

3. Ticket reservations

A reservation is associated with the purchaser information and unique ticket number shown in the confirmation email. The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate contact information and completing payment using the exact payment reference. Reservations not paid within the stated period may be cancelled.

Tickets are non-transferable after issuance unless permitted in writing by the licence holder. Entries are accepted while supplies remain and before sales close.

4. Draw and winner

The winning ticket is selected at random from eligible paid entries. The winner receives 50% of eligible ticket sales, subject to applicable deductions or licence conditions. The winner will be contacted using the details associated with the winning entry and the result will be published on this website.

The winner may be required to provide valid identification and complete a declaration before receiving the prize. Unclaimed prizes are handled in accordance with applicable Ontario raffle requirements and the licence conditions.

5. Cancellation and technical issues

If the raffle or draw cannot proceed as scheduled, the licence holder may postpone, suspend or cancel it where permitted or directed by the regulatory authority. Any material update will be published on this website.
